National Secondary School First XV Championship
The National Secondary School First XV Championship is the Premier Rugby Union competition for Secondary Schools/Colleges in New Zealand.
There are currently 2 titles up for grabs:
- New Zealand Barbarians National 1st XV Championship for the Barbarians Cup
- New Zealand National Girls’ 1st XV Championship for the Hine Pounamu Trophy
The winning school of the Barbarians National 1st XV Championship title is nominated as the representative team for New Zealand at the SANIX World Rugby Tournament. The winner of the Condors 7’s Girls title is the female representative at the Sanix World Rugby Tournament
